MONDAY WORKSHOPS & DEMOS
Clara Anderson Sainte, LCSW, LSCSW, pronouns: she/her/hers, is the Program Director for Gilda’s Club Kansas City, which is a local nonprofit offering a free cancer support community. She develops and oversees the educational and support programming and is also trained as a Grief Recovery Specialist.
Prior to Gilda’s Club, Clara worked for NorthCare Hospice as a social worker and bereavement specialist.
Clara is a board member of Kansas City Center for Inclusion and a member of the Kansas Cancer Partnership, Missouri Cancer Consortium, and Children’s Mercy’s Equity and Diversity Council. Clara previously served as a board member of Mental Health America of the Heartland.
Clara’s Masters degree in Social Work is from UMKC and she is an alumnus of Northwest Missouri State University. She spends her time away from work with Vladimir, her husband, and their children, Alivia and Oden, enjoying their favorite spots around KC.
