Coach D is co-founder of the You Hoop Organization, Mental Toughness Expert with the Triumph Performance Institute, and is a board member with the A.D.R.E.E.A.M Foundation; a local non-profit focused on helping today's youth keep their dreams alive.  Each weekly episode includes a different group of panelists and discussion topics in sports, business, and community.
